Performance fee
+2–5% of revenue we recover for you
Every Telltale plan includes our performance fee — 2–5% of verified incremental revenue (5% to start, dropping as your recovered total grows), billed monthly: through your Shopify bill if you installed from the App Store, or by card otherwise. We measure lift against a held-back comparison group of your own customers, so you only pay on revenue we can prove we recovered — never on simple attributed revenue. At higher YTD recovery brackets the fee drops:
- First $50K YTD recovered: 5%
- $50K – $200K YTD recovered: 3%
- $200K+ YTD recovered: 2%
